GRANT AWARDED FOR: I.V. C.I.L.
The quest is Over, the Center for Independent Living that I
wrote the first grant for and tried to establish has finally become a reality.
The "Illinois Valley - Center for Independent Living" received it's Grant, May 1998 !
This was the second attempt and the Articles of Incorporation, were filed
by myself, Registered Agent, Gene Patrick Riley in April and
approved by the State of Illinois. File Number 5991-020-5, State of Illinois
Office of The Secretary of State: In Testimony Whereof, I hereto set my hand and
cause to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Illinois, this 27th.
day of April A.D. 1998 and of the Independence of the United States the two
hundred and 22nd. Signed: George M Ryan, Secretary of State.
As of this month, May 1998 I feel I have done all I can and retire as Chairman
of the Board, for the "I.V. C.I.L." Good luck to all who continue with
